Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Preorders
“ETA”s are not GUARANTEED and set by the manufacturer and can and will change at
any time without notice by the manufacturer.
Shipping was charged at the time of purchase per "PREORDER" item, as in most cases items will not arrive at the same time and will ship separately. In the case they do arrive at the same time we will credit you the difference via store credit or refund.
When buying multiple items at the same time including “In Stock” & "Pre-Order" item(s), shipping will continue to be charged as a whole for "In Stock" item(s) to save on shipping cost when ordering both “In Stock” and “Preorder” items together.
All sales are final on “Preorder” items.
Refunds will only be made if an item's allocation is not met by the
manufacturer.
